Policies
One Village Place reservations require a deposit of 25% of the total booking amount, due at the time of booking, payable by credit card. Total balance is due thirty days (sixty days holiday) prior to arrival. Cancellations made outside of thirty days (sixty days holiday) prior to arrival will be charged $100 per condominium rental cancellation. All cancellations made within thirty days (sixty days holiday) of arrival are non-refundable. Rates listed do not include the 10.2% lodging tax.

Travel insurance is available through CSA at a cost of 6.5% of the total booking amount due.
