One Village Place #505 Three Bedroom

You can't get any closer to the Northstar gondola than when you stay in One Village Place residence #505. The gondola literally departs from and returns to One Village Place and includes access for our guests to an exclusive private entrance with no waiting in line. The contemporary style of One Village Place makes you feel like you are staying in a boutique hotel in the city until you look out your window and see the slopes and the alpine village. Three couples, a group of friends or a large family can be accomodated most comfortably in this three bedroom residence. The 1925 square foot home features a king size bed in each of the bedrooms plus a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Check in Instructions:  Just before the bus drop-off loop, TURN LEFT into the parking area (look for the sign that says One Village Place/NPOA Recreation Center/Medical Services/ Northstar Club/Village Condos). If there is a parking attendant, let him or her know you are going to One Village Place. Stay to your right and follow the road through the parking lot. Go past the Medical Clinic (First Aid station), and then make your First Right into our garage. Stop before the garage gate and use the intercom to announce your arrival. Go straight into the garage and then Turn Left. Our staff will meet you at our entrance (look for the rock façade and our logo on your left) to assist you with your luggage and check-in.
Policies
One Village Place reservations require a deposit of 25% of the total booking amount, due at the time of booking, payable by credit card. Total balance is due thirty days (sixty days holiday) prior to arrival. Cancellations made outside of thirty days (sixty days holiday) prior to arrival will be charged $100 per condominium rental cancellation. All cancellations made within thirty days (sixty days holiday) of arrival are non-refundable. Rates listed do not include the 10.2% lodging tax.
