Trailside is an exciting new resort community perfectly positioned mid-mountain on the slopes of Northstar™ Ski Resort. These townhomes feature stunning views of Martis Valley and the Carson Range. Ski out your back door for a day on the slopes and ski back in for an evening of stargazing by your personal firepit and hot tub. Each Trailside townhome features approximately 3,500 sq. ft. of spacious living with a 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom floor plan. Check in Instructions:  Turn into Northstar Resort from Hwy 267 and follow the signs that say "Tahoe Mountain Resorts Lodging Check-in". Check-in for Trailside is at the Village at Northstar. Upon arriving at the "Guest Drop Off/Lodging Reception/Sales Center" roundabout loop, park in one of the short-term parking spaces. The Tahoe Mountain Resorts Lodging guest reception desk is located in the corner office at the first building on the right across from the octagon building with the copper roof.
Policies
Trailside reservations require a deposit of 25% of the total booking amount, due at the time of booking, payable by credit card. Balance is due 30 days (60 days-Holiday) prior to arrival. Cancellation made outside of 30 days (60 days-Holiday) has a $100 per unit charge. Cancellation made within 30 days (60 days-Holiday) is non-refundable. Rate does not include a 10% tax.
