This season you have the opportunity to see all of Shakespeare's plays in one night; as we perform the hilariously entertaining Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) under the direction of our 2010 Producing Artistic Director Charles Fee. Live music set against the magnificent Lake Tahoe backdrop at Sand Harbor is a winning combination, so this year we welcoming back our Music Series. This series was created because we wanted to provide a completely different type of entertainment experience at our beautiful lakeside amphitheatre at Sand Harbor State Park. Get ready to dance in the aisles every Monday and FRIDAY night to everything from the Reno Philharmonic, blues, jazz, Latin rhythm, classic 70's rock, and Soulchestra, beginning on July 12. Recognized as the largest classic car and nostalgia festival in the United States, this event is back for another year of celebrating a simpler time that embraces America’s love affair with cars and rock n’ roll. Natalie Cole Combining R&B, jazz and pop sounds this nine-time Grammy Award-winner is an unstoppable force in music. Fans were touched by her “Unforgettable” duet with father Nat “King” Cole on 1991’s “Unforgettable…With Love,” and were equally enthralled by her 2008 release, “Still Unforgettable,” and 2009’s “Let’s Talk About Love.” It all takes place at Northstar-At-Tahoe Resort mid-mountain in a gently sloping bowl and overlooking a breathtaking view of mountains and valley below. $37.50 general admission and $63 preferred.

Michael McDonald The festival’s summer concert series goes out with a dose of blue-eyed soul thanks to Michael McDonald performing August 7 at Northstar-At-Tahoe Resort. Honing his signature style while playing with the Doobie Brothers, McDonald’s laid-back California-style pop and rock is instantly recognizable and has won him a legion of adoring fans. $37 for general admission and $60 for preferred.
