Check in Instructions:  Turn into Northstar from Hwy 267 and follow the signs that say "Tahoe Mountain Resorts Lodging Check-in". Check-in for the Catamount Lodge is in the Village at Northstar. Upon arriving at the "Guest Drop Off/Lodging Reception/Sales Center" roundabout loop, park in one of the short-term parking spaces. The Tahoe Mountain Resorts Lodging guest reception desk is located in the corner office at the first building on the right across from the octagon building with the copper roof.
Policies
Catamount Lodge reservations require a deposit of 25% of the total booking amount, due at the time of booking, payable by credit card. Total balance is due thirty days (sixty days holiday) prior to arrival. Cancellations made outside of thirty days (sixty days holiday) prior to arrival will be charged $100 per condominium rental cancellation. All cancellations made within thirty days (sixty days holiday) of arrival are non-refundable. Rates listed do not include the 10.2% lodging tax.
