Catamount Lodge #405 Suite

The suite is the smallest and most economical residence available for single or double occupancy on the Tahoe Mountain Resorts rental program. It sets new standards for hotel rooms in the Village at Northstar. This residence features a king size bed (which may be split in to two XL twins upon request), kitchenette with microwave oven, toaster oven, two burner stove, and a mini-refrigerator. A full size bathroom with a shower is included. This residence does not have a balcony, patio, washer & dryer, fireplace or a dishwasher.

Policies
Catamount Lodge reservations require a deposit of 25% of the total booking amount, due at the time of booking, payable by credit card. Total balance is due thirty days (sixty days holiday) prior to arrival. Cancellations made outside of thirty days (sixty days holiday) prior to arrival will be charged $100 per condominium rental cancellation. All cancellations made within thirty days (sixty days holiday) of arrival are non-refundable. Rates listed do not include the 10.2% lodging tax.

Travel insurance is available through CSA at a cost of 6.5% of the total booking amount due.
