Tahoe Mountain Resorts Lodging continues
to grow and to make improvements to the
new Village at Northstar™. Beginning on April 28th, and continuing through
May 16th, major construction projects
will take place which could inconvenience guests staying in and visiting the village.
Every effort will be made to minimize the impact that the construction will have on the guest experience but proposed projects will create noise, dust and inconvenience in the village. At times there may be construction lifts, excavators and/or dump trucks in the plaza. All construction areas will be clearly marked for your safety.
Projects taking place will include balcony work on the Iron Horse Lodge buildings, roof work in various locations, paver repair throughout the village and gutter work on the Great Bear Lodge and Iron Horse Lodge buildings.
In addition, the spa in the One Village Place fitness center will be temporarily closed for one month beginning on April 17th, the exercise room will remain open.
Construction will continue on the Northstar Lodge Hyatt Residence Club this spring and summer. This area is located across from the Iron Horse Lodge south building. Little impact from this construction will be felt in most areas of the village with the exception of residences, parking areas and walking paths located at the west end of the village.
If visiting the village this spring please be aware that it will be accessible at all times with construction activity occurring between the hours of 7am and 7pm, Monday through Saturday with minimal activity on Sundays.
