Fishing Charters on Lake Tahoe

Several companies charter fishing boats on Lake Tahoe. A fishing license is required to fish on Lake Tahoe. Tahoe is famous for its crystal clear waters and for mackinaw and kokonee salmon.  Mackinaw can be found deep,  and 5-10 lb fish can be caught from a boat. A guide is recommended if you are fishing for mackinaw. Shore fishing is overall slow.
