Whether you're envisioning an adventurous, rejuvenating, romantic or play-filled Lake Tahoe getaway, our Concierge would like to help make your vacation wonderful and truly memorable. Assistance can be provided with: equipment rentals, transportation, ticket procurement, restaurant recommendations and reservations, grocery delivery, childcare arrangements, golf tee-times, hiking excursions, spa appointments, fishing trips, boat and kayak rentals, snowmobile tours, sleigh rides, dog sledding adventures and more.
The Concierge desk is generally staffed from 9 am - 5 pm daily.
Lost and Found
For items lost in a Tahoe Mountain Resorts Lodging residence, contact Guest Services.
For items lost in the Village at Northstar or on-mountain, contact Northstar California Lost and Found at 530.562.3555
Business Services, Mail and Packages
Assistance with services such as faxing, printing, and copying is available at Guest Reception. Shipping by Fed Ex or UPS requires an account number or credit card number for billing.
All mail and packages may be collected at the Guest Reception.
Robes and Sundries
Robes are provided for Tahoe Mountain Resorts Lodging guests.
Contact Guest Services for forgotten sundries, such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shampoo or soap
There is no need to sort recyclables as Lake Tahoe Area Disposal Company separates all recycling at their disposal site.
Check-in is at 5 pm and check-out is at 10 am.
We strive to accommodate all special requests, but cannot guarantee an early check-in or late check-out or a specific residence, especially during peak periods. Guests arriving prior to check-in may request a parking pass and complimentary luggage storage so that they may enjoy the activities in the Village at Northstar™ or Old Greenwood while we ready their residence.
Guests receive complimentary parking for one vehicle. Additional parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed.
Smoking, pets, recreational vehicles, motor homes, boats and trailers are not permitted.
