Reservation Policies for Old Greenwood's Private Residences A deposit of 25% of the total booking amount is due at the time of booking, payable by credit card. Balance is due 30 days (60 days for holiday reservations) prior to arrival. Cancellations made outside of 30 days (60 days for holiday reservations) has a $100 per unit charge. Cancellations made within 30 days (60 days for holiday periods) is non-refundable. Rate does not include a 10% tax. Rate does not include a $30 per night (Max. $150) amenity charge. Old Greenwood's Private Home are non-smoking.
