Old Greenwood Townhome reservations require a deposit of 25% of the total booking amount, due at the time of booking, payable by credit card. Balance is due 30 days (60 days-Holiday) prior to arrival. Cancellation made outside of 30 days (60 days-Holiday) has a $100 per unit charge. Cancellation made within 30 days (60 days-Holiday) is non-refundable. Rate does not include a 10% tax. Travel insurance is available through CSA. Details can be found by clicking here.
