Policies
Old Greenwood Villas Reservations require a deposit of 25% of the total booking amount is due at the time of booking, payable by credit card. Balance is due 30 days (60 days-Holiday) prior to arrival. Cancellation made outside of 30 days (60 days-Holiday)has a $100 per unit charge. Cancellation made within 30 days (60 days-Holiday) is non-refundable. Rate does not include a 10.2% tax. Rates do not include a $25 per night amenity charge.For stays of 3 - 7 days, the amenity charge is $100. Old Greenwood Villas are non-smoking.
