Check in Instructions:  Turn into Northstar from Hwy 267 and follow the signs that say "Tahoe Mountain Resorts Lodging Check-in". Just before the bus drop-off loop, TURN LEFT into the parking area (look for the sign that says One Village Place/NPOA Recreation Center/Medical Services/ Northstar Club/VillageCondos). If there is a parking attendant, let him or her know you are going to One Village Place. Stay to your right and follow the road through the parking lot. Go past the Medical Clinic (First Aid station), and then make your First Right into our garage. Stop before the garage gate and use the intercom to announce your arrival. Go straight into the garage and then Turn Left. Our staff will meet you at our entrance (look for the rock façade and our logo on your left) to assist you with your luggage and check-in.
Policies
One Village Place reservations require a deposit of 25% of the total booking amount, due at the time of booking, payable by credit card. Total balance is due thirty days (sixty days holiday) prior to arrival. Cancellations made outside of thirty days (sixty days holiday) prior to arrival will be charged $100 per condominium rental cancellation. All cancellations made within thirty days (sixty days holiday) of arrival are non-refundable. Rates listed do not include the 10% lodging tax.
