Q. What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in is at 5 pm and check-out is at 10 am.
We strive to accommodate all special requests, but cannot guarantee an early check-in or late check-out or a specific residence, especially during peak periods. Guests arriving prior to check-in may request a parking pass and complimentary luggage storage so that they may enjoy the activities in the Village at Northstar or Old Greenwood while we ready their residence.
Guests receive complimentary parking for one vehicle. Additional parking is on a first-come, first-served bassis and is not guaranteed.
Q: Do you recommend a rental car or should we book a ground transfer between Reno-Tahoe International Airport and the Village at Northstar or Old Greenwood?
A:If you plan on skiing at Northstar California only and will remain in the Village during the evenings, you do not need a rental car and should contact North Lake Tahoe Express for shuttle service. However, if you’re seeking a full Lake Tahoe adventure and plan to ski/ride nearby resorts, or enjoy some sightseeing, a rental car is necessary. Car rental is necessary for guests staying at Old Greenwood.
Q: What shuttle service is available to get from the Reno-Tahoe International Airport to the Village at Northstar or Old Greenwood?
A: The Tahoe Mountain Resorts Lodging concierge team can assist with shuttle transfer reservations. If you wish to make your own arrangements, contact North Lake Tahoe Express.
Q: Which housekeeping services are available?
A:A departure clean is included with every reservation. Guests may add additional housekeeping services at time of booking, or 24 hours before service date (48 hours during peak periods) by contacting Guest Services: 530.550.3300 or email@example.com.

Q: What kind of bedding configuration can we anticipate in our residence?
A: Each residence is privately owned and furnished, however most have a king or queen bed in the master bedroom and other bedrooms generally feature a queen, full or twin beds. Visit Lodging to see descriptions and specific bedding configurations for each residence.
Q: Are Tahoe Mountain Resorts Lodging residences equipped with a fireplace? Washer/dryer?
A: Yes, all units are equipped with a fireplace and washer/dryer except suites.

Q: How do we make dinner reservations and arrange for pre-arrival grocery delivery?
A: Our concierge is happy to help; simply complete our Concierge Form. A sampling of services offered includes: dinner reservations, grocery delivery, advance purchase of lift tickets, transfers, taxis, rental car, ski and snowboard equipment rental, childcare, ski school or private lesson reservations, in-house rentals, including aerobeds, highchairs, pack 'n play, cribs, etc.
Q: What weather conditions can we expect during our North Lake Tahoe stay?
A: In Truckee, California average summer temperatures range from 40 degrees (low) to 79 degrees (high). Occasionally, summer skies give way to Sierra thundershowers, but these don't last long. Always bring a light sweater, sweatshirt and/or jacket for the cool, summer evenings.
